Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our performance marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with advertiser and publisher partners, ensuring their campaigns perform at the highest level. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertiser and publisher partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer success matters.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help partners achieve and exceed ROI goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through campaign optimization, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including product, engineering, finance, and marketing — to ensure partner objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and ensuring a seamless transition into the Soleo ecosystem.
  • Monitor data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Travel as needed to attend trade shows, client meetings, or business engagements.
Qualification and Experience:
  • 2+ years of account management, customer success, or client services experience, preferably in digital media, advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
